Character Faceclaims!

Didn't want to necro a thread that was almost two years old and has a lot of missing images (thank you, Photobucket); so can we consider this The New And Improved Faceclaim Thread:halo:

I'm only sticking with the characters I'm actively playing atm; a couple are missing, like Svipul and Hypatia, because I haven't thought about who they would look like much yet! But they will come, eventually.

Ian with his srs bzns face on. Man looks great in a suit; he's basically 007.

Yes, the different image was entirely necessary. Entirely necessary. Right @Dassalya ?

This was difficult to choose an image for, because Cole Sprouse embodies Feyda in every way.

This has been edited! I recently watched 'The End of the F***ing World' and I'm sorry Evanna, but Jessica embodies Haz so perfectly >.>;

(also wow; that moment you realise all your mains have white hair >.> )

Now... tag!  :whee:

My drawing was not of a hat.
It was of a boa constrictor digesting an elephant.

I've never actually done any specific face claims before, with one exception in Guild Wars that I can't even remember right now, so hopefully i'm doing this right. Too lazy to get similar poses tho lol, especially with preferred status emote restrictions. :(

I think Joanna Krupa's face would be a perfect match for my imp officer, Vasilla. Obviously she's not pale or red haired, but nobody specified anything other than the face. :P

Natasha Henstridge is literally who I used as a reference for Phaedra Vere, my most recent military character.

Sara El-Khouly definitely fits for Saviri.

Kelly Hall fits Malaji quite well I think. This picture specifically works for her when she was much younger, Malaji used to be a redhead before she dyed alchemized her hair black.

Ana de Armas is another one who I used as inspiration for a character look, specifically my SIS agent Serama's new appearance.

The in-game version of her does not look at all similar, but I kind of imagine Rachel Luttrell as Myanis (my only Jedi!). They both have grit and a scarily extensive body count.

Last one I have is Lucy Pinder as Zavy! At least before she went all sithy and such.

(In case you can't tell:  Angelina Jolie)

edited to add:  Just face claim.  Body is really more like Tina Turner's  :aww:

Here are a few to start!

Except Dassalya has a much warmer and more full smile than Gong!

As soon as I saw Maurer's smile, I went "oh yeah. That's Tamminick." He's a little older, now, than Maurer's pic shows.

Except age Dhillon another thirty years. Heh.

Sotekh is every Egyptian movie Pharaoh, but especially Yul Brynner:

Honorable mention also goes to Arnold Vosloo:
Now is the Pillar established in the Void; now is Asi fulfilled of Asar; now is Hoor let down into the Animal Soul of Things like a fiery star that falleth upon the darkness of the earth.

I feel like I've done this before...

This is who I had in mind when I was making Livia:

But, I think if I had to cast her now, I would go with a youngish Anne Bancroft:
who of course ages gracefully into this:

which is nothing to sneeze at.

I wouldn't really change that, especially given that Livia has not aged nearly as much as by rights she ought to have done.

A couple more additions!
For some reason the bbcode I put on the site for images is changing after I post them and some of them are disappearing :( I just went back and edited a few. But if anyone notices missing images on any of my posts plz let me know! It doesn't seem to be happening to anyone else, but it doesn't look like a problem on the hosting website's end either.

Unsure if I'll use this guy much, but he's an AU version of a character from another game that is extremely dear to me. :aww:

Really, I wanted to put 'Xena', because Katz is basically a grumpy jaded Xena with a massive chip on her shoulder and without a Gabby.

As the name indicates, Sharrukh was based on Shah Rukh Khan:

Now is the Pillar established in the Void; now is Asi fulfilled of Asar; now is Hoor let down into the Animal Soul of Things like a fiery star that falleth upon the darkness of the earth.

Jasmine Tookes is a good match for Ivahra Kinali, aka Darth Nefret.

Also Gal Gadot for Jedi Master Qelian Saida. Don't ask me how she looks that young after 30-something years of Jedi-ing.

Face claims take two! I present to thee:

Ames just has the perfect "everything is an utter disappointment and I'm always angry" look that Vedriat is near-constantly wearing.

Polly Evans has Sadhara's freckles, but Kate Mara perfectly encapsulates Sadhara's features. Just add some nasty shrapnel scars, extensive cybernetics, and stick her face on Gabi Garcia's amazing pipes, and you have the tough, awkward, Scottish-accented bounty hunter almost none of you have met.

EDIT: Updated Sadhara's face claim.

I finally got around to editing it, but behold! New faceclaim for an old toon!

Forever caught in this deadly dance, no rest or end in sight. Carefully now as the tempo rises, can you keep up my dear?
